Fusion is the first private villa in the world to offer a fully integrated dining concept throughout the entire stay. It is not a one-time event or a signature dinner, but rather a continuous culinary experience, available and tailored to each guest’s preferences, habits, and needs.

Culinary Director

Christian Sinicropi began his career in 1989 and honed his skills in various kitchens, working alongside renowned chefs such as Christian Willer, Jean-Marie Gauthier, and Alain Ducasse.

In 2001, he joined “La Palme d’Or” at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, becoming Head Chef in 2007. Under his leadership, the restaurant maintained two Michelin stars for 17 years.

Rated 18/20 by Gault & Millau and awarded the Gault & Millau d’Or for Southern France, he offers our guests an exceptional culinary experience: sublime creativity, incomparable flavors, and absolute refinement in every detail, designed to delight the most discerning palates.

The experience is complemented by world-class culinary facilities. A professional indoor kitchen, designed to European standards, is complemented by a signature outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ area, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a wok station, allowing guests to enjoy versatile and sophisticated cuisine in both indoor and outdoor settings.

We have multiple refrigeration systems that allow for the proper separation of vegetables, meats, fish, and dairy products, ensuring optimal preservation at every stage. Every detail is carefully considered to offer a safe and reliable culinary experience, aligned with rigorous standards of handling and organization, and compatible with kosher practices.
